    What a crazy past few weeks I’ve had! Gunter was gone for two and a half weeks so my life was nuts! It’s amazing how smooth my little family unit runs, and boy did that turn upside down with Gunter gone. Usually it’s the husband that needs back up when the wife is out of town, but wow, did I need my parents help! Luckily, they were able to jump on a plane and come help out.

    It’s amazing how many people think that their bodies are “different” when it comes to losing weight. They “can’t” lose weight and they think it is because their body chemistry is different then the people who lose weight easily. While I do agree, everyone’s body’s respond differently, I strongly disagree when people tell me they “can’t” lose weight. I’ve NEVER met a body that I can’t sculpt. NEVER!

    I’ve never been very good at putting feelings or emotions into words, which is odd seeing that I’m a blogger, I’ve published a book, and been the trainer on the most emotional weight loss show in the world. Putting feelings into words should be easy for me by now, but somehow it simply isn’t. But as I write todays blog, my heart is flooded with emotions. This past week has been tough as we’ve lost one of my friends and a dear mentor, Bob (Robert) Kennedy.

    I got such great feedback on my shoulder workout so today I’m back to show you my biceps routine. But don’t tune out if you aren’t a gym goer! Next week I’m going to show you how to do this exact workout with out fancy gym equipment. You know my motto, “no excuses”, so gym or no gym, you can do this workout. I’m loving the gym right now because I can take Jake with me and he loves the daycare. So it’s a win/win for mommy to get in a workout and a great play hour for him. I’m pretty sure he’s going to be a movie star the way he took on the camera in this video!
