    Stability ball movesHi Oxygen friends,

I was flipping through some old magazine clips that I had and I found this one that was in Oxygen a while ago. It’s a great exercise and can be done without too much equipment.

I like to do the row followed by a rear delt lift bringing the arm straight out to the side until it’s parallel to the ground, then rest my hands on the floor and lift my legs off the floor using my glutes.

It’s a great combo that tackles the upper and lower body. What are your favorite exercises on the ball?
