I have three favorite times of day here at the Oxygen office: morning snack time, lunch time and afternoon snack time.
I’m a girl who loves to eat.

Fall inspiration

Over the weekend, some of my friends in New York and Washington DC had posted messages on Facebook complaining about it snowing there. The freak storm that hit the east coast was the exact motivation I needed to get out and enjoy one of the last outdoor workouts I’ll probably have this season. -
“Hanging” out with the hubby

My husband is a climber. Actually, a more accurate description might be a monkey-man hybrid, capable of scaling tall buildings and rock faces in a matter of seconds (as you can see in the picture to the right). Time after Time

I love the fall. A lot of my friends and colleagues lament the end of summer and the coming of cooler weather, but I revel in it. The colors as the leaves change? Gorgeous. Sweater weather 24/7? Yes please! The return of football and hockey seasons, not to mention the baseball playoffs? You don’t have to be in a fantasy sports league to love this time of year.
