Day 17: Ch-ch-changes

Remember how the January cover line for Month 1 of the Best Body Challenge says, “Drop a jean size”? Now, just a suggestion here, but DON’T BUY JEANS JUST BEFORE YOU START. In case that cover line didn’t get that message across for you. I bought jeans literally a couple of days before starting the program. In less than three weeks, my new jeans have been demoted from date night material to laundry day only. Not that I’m complaining! Oxygen did try to warn me.
Besides my clothes fitting better (or worse, in some cases), I’ve been noticing lots of changes. I have more energy during the day, I’ve been sleeping really well at night, I barely get sore anymore. And, is anyone else hungry all the time?
I also feel stronger. Actually, I am stronger. The proof is right there in my training log (did you download that yet?). I’m able to do more reps nearly every day. My goal was to do at least one incline push-up by the end of the month--I did my first one yesterday! My plank times and wall squat torture sessions are picking up, too.
