Last week, I began a new chapter of my life and moved to Los Angeles. I
took a risk and left my job I had been working at for nearly 4 years,
the comfort of my old home, my friends, my gym, and the neighborhood I
had become so familiar with. I gave it all up to start over again by

category. When I think of a coconut, I imagine myself laying on a
beautiful sandy beach with a coconut in hand while I’m sipping its

everyday boring meals. I’ve also been adding grated ginger to my morning
lemon water to add zest to the start of my day. I decided to do some
research to find out exactly all the benefits that this interesting
“underground stem” offers. To my pleasant surprise, several wide-ranging
benefits of ginger exist. In fact, ginger tops the list of natural home
remedies. It’s been used in China for over 2000 years as a medicine and
based on the research we can definitely see why.
