What do you eat before you work out? It’s very crucial to feed your body
the right things. What you put in your body before you hit the gym will
determine how efficient and effective your workouts will be. The
proper nutrition and supplementation also leads to maximum positive
results. With proper pre workout nutrition, I’ve been able to complete
more reps, go higher in weight, and accomplish a new goals. To further
maximize gym time, I also add supplements. -

When you make the decision to “put yourself out there” on the fitness
stage, Internet, television and in magazines, it is inevitable you will
be faced with negative feedback. Two and a half years ago, I decided to
“put myself out there.” The first thing my sister said to me was, “Sara,
you better have thick skin.” I was definitely not prepared for what was
about to happen next. -

After working all day, it is sometimes difficult to let go of work and
enjoy the other aspects of our lives. Most days, I work out before work
because at the end of the workday I’m usually beat. Treating and
managing patients can take a lot of energy and often times I come home
frustrated and stressed. Usually doing some cardio will make me feel
better but sometimes getting through a second workout is simply
impossible and daunting. -
