Is It Harder For You to Eat Clean or Work Out?

A solid combination of both produces the best results, but we all have our strengths and weaknesses. Which is yours? Do you find it harder to eat clean or to work out? I have to confess I’m addicted to working out. My daily morning workout is my- me time, how I reconnect with myself, and how I get the energy to do everything we moms need to do, but the real results come from what I eat. In my experience, what I look like is 85% what I eat and 15% exercise. Eating clean on the weekends is where I struggle a bit, so I plan one meal of whatever I want and then it’s back on track.
