- When to Train Abs
Q: "When to Train Abs"
A: "Create your own routine."
I train my whole body in one workout because I can only get to the gym once or twice a week. Should I perform my abs exercises first, in the middle or last in my routine?
Oxygen readerIt doesn’t matter. Usually, however, abs exercises are done at the end of a routine, but I’ve known many fitness advocates who start with abs exercises to make sure they get them done, and also to act as a general warming-up movement to get the circulation flowing.
