Sets
Try two to four sets for each exercise in the video.
Reps
Slow motion straight-legged sit-up: 10 to 12 reps
V-up: 12 to 15 reps
Bicycle: 15 to 20 reps (counting one rotation on each side as a single rep)
Rest
Do each move as described, resting for 30 seconds to one minute between sets. They can be done in succession (finishing all sets of one exercise before moving on to the next), or perform one set of each move then begin again from the top.
