This two-time Oxygen cover girl and Figure superstar shares her playlist, meal plan and craving-busting recipe.

Dream Job
“To say the last couple of years have been amazing is an understatement,” says Erin of her exploding on-stage career. “I never thought I’d go from working nine to five in real estate to traveling the world competing in Figure.” Since 2010, she’s placed in the top two in every show she’s entered, landed herself on two Oxygen covers, and penned a deal with Dymatize Nutritional Supplements as a member of their team of elite athletes. “I have been using Dymatize since college, so it’s so exciting to be representing a product I believe in.”

Still Ahead
Erin is gearing up for another busy and successful year with a book on functional training and a DVD in the works, and of course, continuing to keep her rival on the Figure stage, Nicole Wilkins, on her toes. “My goal is to win the Olympia in September. As for the Arnold, I’ve been second twice now and I’d love to win, but I just plan on continuing to improve, getting up on stage and looking my best.”
