The 12 Days of Fitness

Do this at-home bodyweight workout to keep your spirits high and your body fat low this holiday season.

Time is tight during the holidays, but don’t forgo your fitness. Do this at-home bodyweight workout anytime, anywhere to keep your spirits high and your body fat low.

Perform this workout in rounds, just like the song The 12 Days of Christmas: Round 1 is simply one 30-second plank. Round 2 is two bear crawls and one 30-second plank. Round 3 is three tuck jumps, two bear crawls and one 30-second plank. And so it goes all the way to Round 12. And for you extreme badasses out there, once you get to Round 12, reverse the order and go back down the ladder. Merry Fitness!

  • Push-Ups
