Are You Oxygen's Next Success Story?

Lara McGlashan MFA CPT | January 12, 2015

Did you lose a ton of weight? Overcome insurmountable obstacles and come out the other side fit and healthy? Then we want to hear from you! The Oxygen Success Story section is dedicated to giving readers a chance to share their journeys with others who may also be struggling with weight loss, and give them the hope and motivation to continue forward and succeed as well.

Submission Guidelines

Please fill out the downloadable questionnaire in order to be considered for the Oxygen Success Story page. Note: This is not a guarantee that you will be featured in the magazine.

Please submit a number of before and after photographs of yourself against a simple background whenever possible. The photos should be in jpeg format at least 300 dpi and at least 4 X 3 in size. If selected, these images would be used in your story! More information on the photographs needed is included in the questionnaire.

All materials sent to Oxygen’s Success Story become the property of Oxygen and could be used in the magazine or on our website. No submissions or photos will be returned.

We keep submissions on file for six months. If we require additional information from you, we will be in touch. Please no calls or emails as follow-ups. If after six months you have not been contacted, feel free to resubmit your story and profile again with update information and photographs, if applicable.

Thanks so much for reaching out to us, and good luck!
