It’s not just what you eat, but also the timing of your meals that will keep your system from crashing mid-morning. Going without food for more than a few hours causes your blood sugar to drop, leaving you with little in your tank. So by eating five to six smaller meals across the day every two to three hours you’ll keep your blood sugar stable and your metabolism and energy levels on course.
