You found out how to curb your cravings in the July 2009 issue of Oxygen. Now here’s an easy-to-make ice cream recipe that’s actually good for you – yes it’s possible! Here’s why: It contains Brazil nuts, which are rich in muscle-building protein, immunity-boosting zinc and inflammation-reducing selenium.
