Competitor: IFBB Figure competitor
My astrological sign is Virgo.
I grew up in Metairie, Louisiana.
In high school I played softball, volleyball, basketball and track. I got an athletic scholarship to play softball at Chipola Junior College and Georgia Southwestern State University.
My first Fitness competition was the 2003 New Orleans Show.
My favorite exercises are lunges, because they work every muscle in my leg and I love the detail that they add.
I love training my back. It’s always been an area that’s been hard for me to build.
The question I’m most asked is how do you get your butt to look like that?
I’d love to work out with Jose Canseco. He was always my favorite baseball player and he looks like he’d make you work in the gym.
The hardest event I’ve had to train for was the 2006 Arnold Classic. This was the toughest diet and workout I’ve ever had.
My worst injury was when I played softball and messed up my medial collateral ligament (MCL). I had to wear a knee brace for several weeks.
My favorite movie isCoyote Ugly. It is a love story and also shows how hard work pay off.
My favorite CD is Julio Iglesias Greatest Hits. I just love his voice and he can make any song sound awesome.
If I could live anywhere I would live in Cancun, Mexico. I love the sun, food and atmosphere.
The most memorable pickup line used on me at the gym was, “Your husband is so lucky,” and I’m not even married.
For breakfast I ate a protein shake and instant oatmeal.
In my fridge, I have chicken, fish, broccoli, carrots, peanut butter and Crystal Light.
For me, a perfect day would be getting up and not having to work; eat a stack of pancakes with an egg white omelet and then spend the day at he beach and relax.
