This month's top model is the definition of fit. She's had (ahem) six kids, and still maintains that six-pack. She says it's no secret how she does it; a clean diet and a lot of hard work goes a long way.


In a typical week, this is what Fran will consume each day:

Meal 1
4-5 egg whites
Oatmeal with cinnamon and almonds

Meal 2
Protein shake (IsoFlex Chocolate)
1 small golden delicious apple

Meal 3
5 oz Salmon
1 small sweet potato
Mixed green salad, dry

Meal 4
4 oz chicken breast
Sliced peppers

Meal 5
4 oz orange roughy fillet
10 asparagus spears
Green salad, dry

Meal 6
Protein shake or egg whites
Combine clean eating with her killer training schedule and you'll see results in no time!

Monday
Chest, biceps, cardio

Tuesday
Legs, abs, cardio

Wednesday
Shoulders, cardio

Thursday
Back, triceps, cardio

Friday
Legs, cardio, abs

Saturday
Cardio only

Sunday
Rest (phewf!)
