Best training move: “The leg press,” says Shina, who says she can also hit her glutes this way, depending on the way she positions her feet.
Fave clean meal: Shina and her husband love spending Sunday mornings making protein pancakes . . . with a twist! “I take the typical ‘eggs and oatmeal’ recipe and spruce it up,” says Shina. Here’s how: Seven egg whites, one-half cup of oats, a dash of cinnamon, one tablespoon of natural peanut butter and one teaspoon of sugar-free caramel coffee syrup.
Her workout: Monday to Saturday, Shina gets in her 45 minutes of cardio first thing in the morning. For the rest of the week she sticks to training each body part once a week, hitting her calves twice to get the shape she’s after.
