Favorite move: “My favorite training move is anything with a medicine ball,” says Amy, who started working out five years ago to prep for a friend’s destination wedding. “There are so many different exercises and I like the variety. It makes the training more fun!”
Perfect timing: Her training time varies depending on her schedule each day. “During the week, I exercise in the afternoon, after work,” says Amy. “On the weekends, I exercise in the mornings. I like waking up and starting the day off with a good workout. Then I can enjoy the rest of the day.”
Go-to meal: “I love oatmeal made with cinnamon, coconut oil, vanilla protein powder and fresh blueberries,” shares Amy, a former cheerleader for the NFL’s Atlanta Falcons. “I could eat this everyday!”
Why do you love Oxygen? “I love the recipes! I enjoy cooking and find it to be very relaxing. I look forward to the new issue every month to try a new recipe.”
