• 4-5 celery stalks, chopped
• 6-8 green onions, chopped
• 3-4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
• 1/4 cup light mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 1 tsp mustard
• Dash celery seed
• Sea salt & pepper to taste
