This quick and easy recipe is packed with muscle-building protein and mighty taste.

BBQ chicken
 

Makes 4 servings • Ready in 15 minutes (plus 30 minutes marinade time)

INGREDIENTS:

• 2 large chicken breasts (about 16 oz), cut into chunks
• 1/2 tbsp of sweet and tangy barbeque seasoning

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Salt and season chicken and refrigerate for 30 minutes or over night
if you have the time.

2. Heat oil and sear all sides of chicken to
lock in juices.

3. Cover pan with lid and let it cook for 8
to 10 minutes. Serve over brown rice or
salad.
