Makes
1 serving
• 2 tbsp natural cashew butter*
• 1 whole-grain tortilla
• 1/4 of a small apple, chopped
• 1/4 cup blueberries
• 1 tbsp whole-grain granola
1. Spread cashew butter on half of the tortilla.
2. Sprinkle chopped apple, blueberries and granola over
cashew butter.
3. Fold in sides of the wrap, then roll it up.
*Natural almond or peanut butter can be substituted
for cashew butter.
