“I use chocolate protein supplements and add peanut butter to help with my chocolate cravings. I also take vanadyl sulfate or chromium polynicotinate supplements for reducing cravings and helping with glycogen transfer to the muscles. This reduces the effects of insulin and enhances cell voluminization for tight muscles.”

“Controlling cravings is simply mind over matter. It is what separates the winning physiques from the rest. I eat balanced meals every few hours to avoid getting to the point of giving in to my cravings. If I crave something sweet I’ll have a few berries sprinkled with Splenda or a chocolate protein shake. I allow myself one good cheat meal a week where I eat whatever I want. It is essential for my sanity, focus and it gives me something to look forward to.”
