Kelly Mulligan
“I increase my cardio to two 30-40 minute sessions one in
the morning and the second in the evening. I drink plenty of water to stay
hydrated and to make my skin look fresh and clear. I go for a manicure and
pedicure and get a trim to make sure my hair looks healthy.”

Natalie Hunt
“I train hard and eat well all year so I’m always ready for
a shoot. My weight and body fat fluctuates by only a small amount at any
given time. A couple of weeks before a shoot, I will decrease my carb intake
and make sure I have a nice tan. I take extra care of my skin so I won’t
have any breakouts.”
