“When I’ve reached a plateau with a particular body part, I try to vary my workout to include exercises I have never done or haven’t done in a while. Also, I’ll change the number of reps or sets to vary the workout and achieve more benefits.”

“I don’t usually plateau with body parts, however I do find it happens with my training. At times I love it and other times I’m simply burned out. When this happens, I just take time off from the gym and don’t let myself or anyone else make me feel guilty for doing it. I believe everyone needs to go at their own pace and live life as they please.”
