“One of my favorite ways to chase away the blues is with hot chocolate
and raspberry rugelah. But since I can’t do that every day, I also
enjoy going to the gym to teach or take part in a high-energy class. There
is nothing like the power of a room full of people working hard and sweating
away to great music. With bright lights and great attitudes, there is no
room in an aerobics studio for the winter blues.”

“Even though I get lots of rest, I find the lack of sunlight during
the winter months very tiring. I like treating myself to a good breakfast
in a nice restaurant with friends. It’s a great way to start off my
day. I try to do my workout in the afternoon. That way, I can soak in as
much daylight as possible. Having something to look forward to also helps
break up the winter months. What could be better than planning a trip with
a loved one to somewhere warm and sunny?”
