“Get your workout done first thing in the morning or you will find every excuse not to do it by the end of the day. Just get up and do something even if it’s just for a mere 15 minutes. These days I take whatever I can get and make the best of it. Most days I only have half an hour to work out but I have the best workout I can within my time constraints. Making workouts creative and constantly changing them also helps you fit them into your schedule.”

“I get a lot of my exercise just chasing my daughter, Braylee, around but somehow I manage to workout five days a week too. If I can’t get to the gym, my daughter and I go for a walk or to the park, play ball or just have fun on the playground. I also like to put her on the back of my bike and go for a ride. Besides that, my husband and I own a gym where I do personal training. If I need to, I work out with my client. I open the gym at 5:00 a.m. every morning so I can get my cardio in when my daughter is still sleeping. There are more options than excuses. It’s just really about how bad you want to do it.”
