“I use quinoa as a base and build on its hearty
goodness with sun-dried tomatoes, plenty of garlic,
green onions, chopped fresh cilantro, onion and shredded
carrot,” says Tosca. “It’s a meal
and it’s a great filler for wraps. It carries
well and tastes like you’re cheating!”
PRE-EVENT PREPARATION TIPS
• Drink distilled water during the seven days leading
up to the event
• Eat smaller amounts of food
• Get a facial to purify and polish the skin
