Brandi Dearmon is a certified personal trainer and experienced health coach with a long history of working in the health, wellness and fitness industries. She's the co-owner of Bliss Body and Barre, a small group exercise studio in Fresno, TX.
Dearmon is a former cheerleader turned competitive flag football athlete who took on fitness competitions after having her first daughter. Today, she is a mother of three and focuses on creating balance while living a healthy, fit lifestyle and being a role model for them.

Why do you love to sweat?
I love to sweat because I get to move my body and celebrate all that it’s capable of doing. Sweating in the morning is my favorite way to start the day!

Is there anything else you would like to share?
My goal in teaching and serving my clients is to help them discover their own bada$$ bodies, they have to work hard and be consistent. Screw the scale and focus on achievements and goal setting. Carbs are your friend and a balanced lifestyle is best, stop dieting and start living!
