Camille Leblanc-Bazinet is your coach for The Oxygen Challenge 5. Her program is geared towards general physical preparedness, and her workouts are designed to help you develop a fitness ability that will serve you well in your day-to-day life.
Her CrossFit-influenced functional training workouts help create change in the body faster than any other type of routine and can be done in less than an hour with minimal equipment - just dumbbells, a kettlebell, jump rope, resistance band, a pull-up bar and your own bodyweight. Camille’s pièce de résistance is to pair her workouts with a daily finisher to target and tone a specific muscle group. And she adds programmed active recovery days.
In 2014, Camille Leblanc-Bazinet was named “The Fittest Woman on Earth” after winning the CrossFit games. A former gymnast, never limited by her petite stature, she has competed in just about every sport under the sun and is currently training to qualify in the 2020 Olympics in Tokyo in weightlifting. She is also an author, entrepreneur and chemical engineer with a deep curiosity and passion about fitness and helping her clients realize their own inner athlete.
Camille hails from Quebec, Canada and currently lives in Boulder, Colorado with her CrossFit competitor husband and their two fur-babies El and Max.
