Cathy Serif, entrepreneur and community influencer, is an author, nutritionist, fitness coach, and founder of CRUSH !T Fitness Programs. Cathy began inspiring others towards leading a healthy and fit lifestyle more than 38 years ago and her journey continues today with a fierce passion and focus on inspiring women to pursue their dreams and desires at any age.

Cathy is a lover of all things fitness and nutritious and has guided, motivated and coached countless women from being non-believers in their abilities to being goal crushing, confident women who finally realized their true weight-loss and fitness potential. She has done this through leading by example and nurturing each woman through their unparalleled, beautiful and inevitable transformation process that occurs to women as they mature. 

As a nationally recognized expert in fitness and nutrition with certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine and the Natural Healing Institute of Naturopathy, Cathy is well known for her highly effective diet and exercise strategies. She is currently writing a new book that will help women embrace the sensitive evolution that happens to our bodies, minds and spirits as we age. 

Cathy enjoys challenging herself by stepping outside of the proverbial box, creating new businesses, establishing fresh brands and making bold moves. She’s a wife, a mother, and a GLAMma to two grandchildren!

What keeps you motivated?

Age, the calendar and the compliments that I get on a daily basis when people can't believe that I'm in my 50's. I feel like 58 is the new 38.

Why do you love to sweat?

Sweating is my jam man! Working out to an intensity that consumes me leaves me feeling full and confident. I can tackle the many demands of my life, career, business and family- but only after I've had a good, hard, sweat.

What makes you a kick-a$$ Oxygen Ambassador?

Empowered and confident women are unstoppable in my mind. I believe that as we age, not only do we become wiser, we become more emboldened with dreams and desires and our drive to achieve great things becomes exponentially more passionate. I want to inspire mature readers to be more confident and feel more worthy to go chase and conquer some kick-a$$ goals!
