Domenica Rossi is a group fitness instructor, athlete and actor whose passion for fitness began in high school, where she pole vaulted and competed nationally in gymnastics. "My passion for being an athlete led me to being a stuntwoman for TV and film," Rossi said. "From there, I learned parkour, free running and many forms of martial arts." Today, Rossi teaches TRX, Animal Flow, Booty Building and bootcamp classes, to name a few.

Honestly, the fact that I get to work in careers that make me happy and push me to constantly become better.
Why do you love to sweat?
Sweating is a reminder that I have made it to a certain point in a workout where I am only getting stronger from that point on.
