What keeps you motivated?
I want to be the best version of myself. In order to do that, I have to put forth my best effort each and every day. In addition to that, I am a very competitive person so I want to become as fit as I possible can.
Why do you love to sweat?
If I don't workout, I do not feel satisfied. There is something about getting a sweat on that gives you a feeling of satisfaction that nothing else does.
What words do you live by?
Work hard, be patient and you will accomplish anything you set your mind to.
