Kristen Crowley is a news anchor with 15 years of experience in media with a major passion for fitness and nutrition. As a mom who battled two high-risk pregnancies, she used fitness and nutrition to battle postpartum depression, digestive issues, injuries and more. This year, she launched a wellness networking event called WELLFITsocial, which showcases all aspects of fitness and wellness — internal, external, and mental.
Kristen describes herself as a working mom — trying to do it all — who wants to show women how to harness their inner Wonder Woman!

I have a passion out of necessity when it comes to food. I have spent years working with specialists to unearth my own nutritional issues, and now use that knowledge to create gut friendly recipes! I am now pursuing a nutritional certification in hopes of helping more people.

Why do you love to sweat?
For me, gym = therapy! Weight training and yoga were the only things that worked to help me combat postpartum depression.
