I have huge goals, and I know that I can reach them!
Why do you love to sweat?
Because it's everything! I've never left a workout unhappy. To me, how I exercise directly correlates to how I live my day-to-day life. I give it my all. I push myself. And I listen to my body and my feelings.
There's always new things to learn and try when it comes to getting a good sweat in. Being in a gym or in a class also gives me the time I need to breathe and work out the thoughts in my head, so I always leave feeling better than when I arrived.
What words do you live by?
I know how cliche this is, but honestly: "You only live once".
I know how precious life is, and I really don't have time to be stagnant! I love to try new things, I love to work hard, I love to learn, I love to travel, I love adventure, I love music, and with my job as a personal trainer, health coach, and yoga instructor, I am able to incorporate it all!
