My 3 children and the example I am modeling for them.
Why do you love to sweat?
A nearly daily sweat helps me manage my anxiety, which I've battled for years and is a tremendous stress reliever overall for me. I utilize it because I've learned when I don't, I can feel out of control amidst the many directions I go daily for my kids. It's something I do for me and that benefits those around me as well.
Oh, and the beautiful side effect is having the body I get to live in and love which is a nice perk as well!

What makes you a kick-a$$ Oxygen Ambassador?
Because I am a kick-a$$ woman that discovered her "why" in helping other women see their beauty in being strong!
Is there anything else you would like to share?
Oxygen was the very first fitness publication I picked up as a young girl and seeing the strong, beautiful women among its pages was something that truly resonated with me. Having struggled with an eating disorder at that time and undergoing extensive weekly counseling to help retrain my brain, it really opened my eyes to seeing the beauty in my strength as these females possessed. It opened my eyes to other forms of beauty and that I too could be appreciated for my athletic build and the things that made me unique.
