Victoria Posner is a personal fitness instructor, life coach and fitness competitor who helps people find their power through fitness, no matter what storm comes their way.
Victoria vividly recalls being bullied growing up. "Girls picked on me for the clothing I wore, the way I acted, and for no apparent reason other than being mean girls," she said. Victoria found her peace in sports, and in her senior year of college, she began working out with a trainer.
Soon after, her trainer suggested she tried competing in fitness competitions. "I laughed, the kind of laugh that's actually a frightened to death laugh," Victoria said. But, later that night, she couldn't get her mind off of the show. So, she decided to go for it! It was in that moment that everything changed. Fitness has been her motivator, her safe haven, her greatest challenge and is now her full time job.

What keeps you motivated?
Seeing people find their power motivates me to dig deep and find my own.
Why do you love to sweat?
It makes me feel alive and like a total bada$$. I welcome the sweat and push for more. I know, in that moment of mascara running and my curly hair going crazy, that I'm pushing myself to new heights and making change both physically and mentally. Sweat is dedication and hard work and I respect that hustle.
