Fit For Two: Perfect Legs and Butt Home Workout

This may surprise you, but I don’t go to the gym. In fact, last gym membership I owned was about 15 years ago. Most of my life I’ve worked out at home or at the nearest school track or in a park.

It started that way because I couldn’t even dream to buy a gym membership, but years later, I got so used to it that workout out at home became my preference.

I even trained for Ms. Bikini Universe in my living room, which I won in 2009.

There’s nothing wrong with going to a gym. But you don’t have to in order to get great results! You also don’t have to spend a lot of money on fancy equipment to have a great workout. All you need is a pair dumbbells (or even a couple of water jugs), a good jump rope and a non-slip mat.

Today I welcome you to my home where we’re going to work our legs and booty! This superset workout is quick and effective for developing strong legs and a tight butt.
