As moms we carry so much weight on our shoulders—family, kids, careers, household. Each task can be life-consuming on its own, but we manage to do it all.
People often ask me, “Natalia, how do you do it?” I don’t know. I just do. I’m far from perfect, but my priorities are always straight. I’ve learned to not obsess over stains on my clothing, and I thoroughly enjoy playing with my kids instead of doing laundry. My kids’ laughter and my presence in their life is far more important than tidy floors. I’ve embraced my melasma (pregnancy mask), regular hormone surges and have stopped freaking out over minutia.
My work has always been very important to me but I plan it around my kids. In fact, I’m more productive now being pregnant and taking care of three kids then when I had all my time to myself.
Why? I manage my time and don’t waste it on unnecessary stuff.
One of the things that I schedule into my day is workout. It keeps me sane and strong for my family, and clear- minded and laser-focused for my work.
Training is something that keeps my back strong for any task. This video shows my top 3 moves for stronger a back.
This workout is great while you’re pregnant, postpartum or if you just want to strengthen your lower back. Try it and let me know what you think.
Stay fit and Healthy,
Natalia
