Just because a food is labeled Paleo, low-calorie, fat-free or even healthy, it doesn’t mean that you can dive in and help yourself to an unlimited supply. Why? Because food labels can be misleading. For instance, foods labeled fat-free are often loaded with sugar and other products that will make you gain weight if you’re not careful. Make sure you read labels carefully, or better yet, make your own from scratch.

I was surfing the internet for recipes that featured flour and sugar alternatives, and I found these guilt-free Sweet Potato Protein Chocolate Chip Cookies on paleOMG. These cookies are delicious and made from really healthy ingredients like sweet potatoes and almond butter. Plus, they have zero flour, zero sugar, and are packed with added protein. I substituted my favorite Paleo Protein from MHP.

Follow along with my video to see how easy they are to make. I hope you enjoy them as much as I did.
