Amber and Andrew’s Healthy Fish Sticks Recipe

This nutritious fish stick recipe makes a delicious snack for any time of day. The fats found in cold-water fish are not found in other meat, so they are very important to incorporate into your diet.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 eggs
  • ¼ cream
  • 1 lb cod fillets, sliced or cubed 
  • 1 jar panko pork-rind breadcrumbs

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat air fryer. 
  2. Add eggs and cream to a small bowl and whisk well. 
  3. Dip cod into batter and roll in breadcrumbs.
  4. Place in air fryer and cook 12 to 14 minutes, or until fish is crisp.
