This nutritious fish stick recipe makes a delicious snack for any time of day. The fats found in cold-water fish are not found in other meat, so they are very important to incorporate into your diet.
- 3 eggs
- ¼ cream
- 1 lb cod fillets, sliced or cubed
- 1 jar panko pork-rind breadcrumbs
- Preheat air fryer.
- Add eggs and cream to a small bowl and whisk well.
- Dip cod into batter and roll in breadcrumbs.
- Place in air fryer and cook 12 to 14 minutes, or until fish is crisp.
