Try this 16-minute no-equipment circuit workout from Amber and Andrew Riposta’s new program, Built in 60.

Set a timer for 16 minutes. Begin the first exercise, performing all of the reps within a minute’s time. Rest any remaining seconds. At the top of the next minute, begin the next exercise. Complete four total rounds without rest, totaling 16 minutes of movement.
