Lunden Souza is a fitness and lifestyle transformation coach, writer, and owner of Life Like Lunden. With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, she helps people all over the world create and maintain a healthy lifestyle.Twelve years ago, Souza was a full-time college student, part-time personal trainer and working various other jobs. She described herself as being stuck in a “more is more” mentality — more workouts, more rigid diets, more meal prepping, more hustle, more clients, more “perfection.”She soon decided she needed a change, so Souza moved abroad to Austria where she started work at Runtastic, a mobile fitness company created by Adidas. Yet, she found herself stuck again in the same “more is more” spiral; working tons of hours, taking on different roles, and saying “yes” to practically every opportunity. “Work was like a snowball rolling faster than I even cared to catch up with,” Souza said. “I wasn’t completely passionate about it anymore.” Souza left Runtastic and went on to create a business and lifestyle that allowed her to control her own time, schedule and ultimately happiness. Through her online fitness and lifestyle transformation business Life Like Lunden and passion for fitness, Souza taught fitness classes in over 13 countries and hosted women’s retreats in Costa Rica and Greece.Today, Souza is back in the U.S. after six years abroad.
