Natasha Freutel is a licensed occupational therapist and wellness coach with a background in kinesiology and rehabilitation. She owns Fit Mama Santa Barbara — a pregnancy and postpartum-focused fitness and wellness service — and “The Vitality Method” — a functional training studio. She’s an avid blogger/freelance writer and offers online coaching and mentoring to women all over the country.Natasha inspires other women with children to prioritize their health and fitness goals amongst the chaos of life with kids.She began her athletic journey as a ballet dancer. After sustaining some injuries in her teen years, she stopped dancing and began weight training.
