Natasha Freutel is a licensed occupational therapist and wellness coach with a background in kinesiology and rehabilitation. She owns Fit Mama Santa Barbara — a pregnancy and postpartum-focused fitness and wellness service — and “The Vitality Method” — a functional training studio.
