Healthy New You: Phase 3 Lower-Body Circuit

Join certified personal trainer and licensed nutritionist Katie Corio for her Healthy New You program, which she designed exclusively for Oxygen! 

This program is broken up into three phases, with each phase becoming more challenging and dynamic than the phase before it.

One of Katie's favorite tools to use in her own workouts is a medicine ball. You're going to see this piece of equipment a lot in her program.

Here's a sneak peak of one of Katie's favorite Phase 3 circuits:

  • Medicine ball squat jumps, 30 seconds
  • Medicine ball squat and hold, 30 seconds
  • Medicine ball squat and pulse, 30 seconds
  • Over-head walking lunge with a medicine ball, 30 seconds

Do this circuit three times through. Rest for 90 seconds between rounds. 

This circuit is going to target your lower body, and by Phase 3, you're going to see amazing results.
