After attending the Arnold Classic in Columbus, Ohio, in 2007, Ashley became interested in fitness, but it wasn’t until January 2008 that she made the first step and started working out. “I immediately joined our local gym and have been working out faithfully ever since.”

Her best move: “Seated shoulder flyes,” Ashley says. “I love to watch my muscles work.” She also loves cardio – running is her favorite way to burn fat and get her blood pumping.

Her workout: Although she hasn’t started competing yet – she plans to do so this summer – Ashley names IFBB figure pro Rachel Cammon as her role model.
