Italian Brocco-Linguini
Ingredients:
- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 3 cloves slices garlic
- 2 chicken sausage links, sliced into rounds
- 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 packet Italian seasoning
Directions:
Toss ingredients with extra-virgin olive oil and seasoning. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 425 F. Mix with cooked pasta or spiralized veggies.

Leamony Shrimp Sauce
Ingredients:
- 1 lb shrimp
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 lemons, thinly slices
- 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 packet Italian seasoning
