1⁄3 cup orange juice (or 1 small orange, freshly squeezed)

1⁄2 cup grapefruit juice (or 1 small grapefruit, freshly squeezed)

1 small ripe banana, peeled

1⁄2 cup nonfat plain yogurt

1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder

Ice cubes


Place all ingredients in a blender and blend thoroughly.
