Ingredients
- 2/3 cup raw, unsalted Brazil nuts
- 6 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 20 medium-sized ice cubes
Instructions
- In a blender mix nuts, dates, water and vanilla. Blend on high until smooth. Add ice cubes and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
