Garlic Baked Chicken


  • 4 oz baked chicken breast
  • 1 minced garlic clove
  • Sea salt and black pepper to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Place chicken topped with garlic, salt and pepper on parchment paper and fold to seal. Place on foil-lined tray.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes.
